What is Everscale?

Why I decided to start writing about my journey building and running a hypergrowth business and the lessons I learned about leadership along the way.

Along the way, I’ve had countless conversations with founders about the challenges they face as they scale through different stages of growth, and it’s been clear that while no two businesses are the same, many of the challenges they face can be.

And so, because I love great design and efficiency (but really because I’m lazy), I thought it might be helpful to write down a few of the thoughts and insights I’ve collected over the years about how to build and operate a scale-up business, and about what I’ve learned about building and leading great teams.

It’s very unlikely that these insights will be ground-breaking, but the deal is to make the cut, I’ll only write about stuff that helped me along the way.
